By accessing and using DrPCoA Passport and any connected platform in the DrPCoA ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Permission is granted to use DrPCoA Passport for personal or business authentication purposes subject to the following conditions:

• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the service
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• You must not transfer your account credentials to another person
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass or disable security features
• Using automated tools to access the service without authorization
• Distributing malware or malicious content through the platform
• Impersonating other users or DrPCoA personnel
• Engaging in denial-of-service attacks or other disruptive activities

All content, features, and functionality of DrPCoA Passport — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying technology — are the exclusive property of DrPCoA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

DrPCoA Passport is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's reliability, accuracy, or availability. While we implement military-grade security measures, no system is completely impervious to all threats.

In no event shall DrPCoA, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings must be filed in the appropriate jurisdiction where DrPCoA maintains its principal place of business.
